Super User Account for Administrators

User controls are now available in RFA for beta testing.

Super Administrator controls are now available in RFA for beta testing. This feature enables users to efficiently manage account administration by:

  • Creating new users and sub-accounts within subscription limits.
  • Deactivating users.

  • Monitoring usage across users and accounts to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Accessing RFA User Management

If you require Super Administrator access, you must contact your account manager to have this permission activated.

Once the permission has been activated, to access the RFA user management portal, visit: https://account.redflagalert.net/account/

Administration Dashboard Overview

The administration dashboard includes the following sections:

General Settings

  • Company Name
  • Account Type
  • Sub-Account Licenses Available
  • User Licenses (Total & Available Count)
  • Credits (IDV/AML & PSAM credits available)
Accounts
  • A list of Sub-Accounts
Users
  • A list of all active users

Managing Users

Adding a User

  1. Navigate to the Users section.
  2. Click Create User.
  3. Fill in all required fields.
  4. Click Add User.
  5. The system will send an activation email to the new user.
  6. For API access, contact the RFA support team to enable API permissions on the user’s profile.

Deactivating a User

  1. Click Edit on the user profile.
  2. Select Disable.
  3. Click Deactivate to confirm.

Note: To reactivate a disabled user, contact the RFA support team.

For users with API access, reach out to RFA support to adjust their permissions accordingly.

Viewing a User’s Login History

Super administrators can access user login history by:

  1. Navigating to the Users section.
  2. Clicking Edit on the selected user.
  3. Expanding the Login Logs menu to view login details.

Managing Sub-Accounts

Creating a Sub-Account

  1. Click on the Accounts tab.
  2. Select Create Account.
  3. Enter the required company details:
    • Company Name
    • Number of User Licenses to assign
    • Allocate IDV/AML credits (Credits will be deducted from the parent account)

4. Click Next.

5. Choose the products available for the sub-account (these will match the parent account’s subscription).

6. Click Next.

7. Add users either at this stage or after account creation.

Adding a User to a Sub-Account

  1. Navigate to the Accounts tab.
  2. Select the sub-account you wish to manage.
  3. Go to the Users section.
  4. Click Create User and follow the same steps outlined in the “Adding a User” section above.
